What do we mean by abuse?

Abuse reports includes areas such as breaches of privacy, encounter of unsolicited, junk or ‘spam’ messages, harassment, pornography, copyright infringement and child abuse images.

Who should report abuse and who should not?

Reporting of abuse relating to the misuse of eir products or services should be submitted by an eir customer or identifiable member of the public (name, telephone no.). eir cannot accept abuse reports from an anonymous source.

Telephone: Customers can contact 1800 200 481 and talk directly to our complaints team. They can also escalate through this channel.
