Real-time updates for enhanced customer service

Covering all 450 of Nightline’s van drivers, the solution incorporates tablet computers which drivers use to communicate updated delivery times to customers. Customers can track their delivery through up-to-date alerts and choose to reroute a delivery to another location if needed.
