Our unified service desk is a single 1-800 number offering complete support for any eir service or solution you use, 24 hours a day, from highly trained service technicians, all based here in Ireland.

24-hour Customer Response Centre

Our Customer Response Centre is staffed with skilled, local technicians who are all based in Ireland and ITIL Version 3 certified; most also hold Cisco CCNA certification. Our service resolution agents’ extensive technical capabilities means that 95% of all identified incidents are resolved by our level 1engineering team. The remaining incidents are escalated to Level 2 and Level 3 engineers as required.
