Choose the right call diversion plan for your disaster recovery
Simple redirection of incoming calls:
- Suretel Mainline
All incoming calls will be diverted to your pre-selected standby premises. Any hunt groups or DDI numbers will terminate at the same number.
- Suretel Telenumber
A one-to-one redirect of your Telemarketing services (18xx & 0818) to your pre-selected standby premises. This is for non-geographic numbers only.
Maintain existing routing during call diversion:
- Suretel Direct Dial
Preserve all your DDI numbers when your diversion plan is active.
- Suretel Call Routing
The best option if you rely on features like origin-dependent routing, percentage routing or time of day/time of year routing for your 18XX number. You routing functionality is preserved during redirection, to let you manage you call flow more efficiently.
